The Daring Kitchen - Cooks Challenge - August 2010


My first participation in the Daring Cook Challenge
I decided to participate in this challenge as I missing cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. This is a way for me to try new things and not get stuck in a routine.
The instructions were:
"Your challenge is to make the dough from scratch and a savory or sweet filling of your choice. Below are some traditional pierogi fillings. As an optional challenge, we would like to see non-traditional fillings that reflect your locale. It could be savoury or sweet. Let’s bust open pierogi and make them a true international dumpling!"

The results are:
Pierogi's with Goat's Cheese, Peppadews and Thyme

Lots of fun and the dish was really easy
